Citations

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to add a citation for violation of Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S. and to specify a time period for the licensee to correct a citation.

SUMMARY:

The licensee shall have 30 days to correct a citation. The citation for violation of Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S., will be a $100.00 fine.
