PURPOSE:

This rule implements Section 215.5586, F.S., by incorporating the pamphlet which contains the procedures and forms by which individual homeowners may apply to the Department for a grant, be awarded a grant, and receive payment of grant funds, under the Florida Comprehensive Hurricane Damage Mitigation Program.
