Minor Violation, Notice of Non-Compliance

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to add another violation for which the Department may issue a notice of non-compliance.

SUMMARY:

A notice of non-compliance may be issued by the Department for the minor violation of a subsequently dishonored check.
