Overview



	The Department of Revenue announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 13, 2006, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	Approval of adoption of the proposed amendments to Rule Chapter 12A-16, F.A.C. (Rental Car Surcharge). A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the proposed rule changes was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on January 13, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 2, pp. 84-85). A Notice of Change was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on April 14, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 15, p. 1665).
