	The State of Florida, Department of Education, Education Practices Commission announces a an Administrator Hearing Panel, Rule Changing Workshop and a Teacher Hearing Panel to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 3, 2006, 9:00 a.m. (A Rule Changing Workshop will immediately follow the Administrator Panel.) Teacher Hearing Panel DATE AND TIME: February 3, 2006, 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Homewood Suites Hotel, 2987 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, (850)402-9400

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators.
