PURPOSE:

Establishing the standards and requirements for the department’s statewide quality assurance system.

SUMMARY:

Quality assurance standards are referenced for each type of program, and a process is established by which programs are reviewed. Consequences for noncompliance or failure to meet minimum levels of performance are described, and an internal review process is established.
