Alternative Procedures for Resolution of Disputed Personal Lines Insurance Claims Arising from Hurricane and Tropical Storm Damage

PURPOSE:

Rule 69J-2.001, F.A.C., is repealed.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69J-2.001 is repealed and will be superseded by Rule 69J-2.003, F.A.C.
