Overview



	The Division of Air Resource Management announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, April 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Resource Management, 111 South Magnolia Drive, Suite 23, Director's Conference Room, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	Pursuant to the public hearing requirements of 40 CFR 51.102, the Department will hear comments on its proposal to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as a proposed revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act, a set of amendments to Chapters 62-252, 62-210, and 62-296, F.A.C. The proposed rule amendments, if adopted by the department, relate to air pollution regulatory requirements statewide for gasoline dispensing facilities, bulk gasoline plants and tanker trucks and trailers.
