Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

Overview



	The Florida State Board of Administration announces a public hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 31, 2006, 9:00 a.m. – conclusion

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Monroe Street and Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The Trustees of the State Board of Administration, on January 31, 2006, will consider a proposed amended rule providing procedures for reporting investments to the Trustees and will be asked for permission to file the rule for adoption. Rule 19-4.0031, F.A.C., is proposed to be amended. Notice of Proposed Rule Development for this rule was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on October 7, 2005. A rule development workshop was offered on October 25, 2005, but no one requested the workshop and the workshop was not held. A rule hearing was offered on January 4, 2006, but no one requested the hearing and the hearing was not held. The Joint Administrative Procedures Committee has made no suggestions. If approved, the State Board expects to file for this rule for adoption on February 7, 2006.
