PURPOSE:

Establishing standards and requirements for juvenile justice career-related programs.

SUMMARY:

The rule describes the nature and availability of career-related programming, and the staffing, youth participation and evaluation of same. The rule also outlines the cooperative agreements between the department, school districts and the Florida Department of Education.
