Overview
  The Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Telephone Participation Procedures: As stated in the Grants Program Guidelines, organization grant applications may participate in the panel meetings by telephone. Applicants must submit a written request for telephone participation, which must be received by the Division no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), on the last business day immediately preceding the scheduled panel meeting. The request must contain the organization name and application number; the name and date of the panel meeting; the name of the person or persons designated to speak at the panel; and the complete telephone number, including the area code and extension. The request must be signed by an authorized official of the organization, with the name and title typed below the signature. A copy of the meeting agenda may be obtained by writing to: Division of Cultural Affairs, 500 S. Bronough Street, R. A. Gray Building, 3rd Floor, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0250. Should any person wish to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the above-referenced meeting, he/she may need to ensure a verbatim recording of the proceedings in order to provide a record for judicial review.
