6A-2.0010

Educational Facilities

PURPOSE:

This rule is amended to incorporate the 2007 State Requirements for Educational Facilities and to remove at the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee’s request, other codes and specifications from the rule. The removal of the codes and specifications do not affect educational facilities as they are still enforceable by law.

SUMMARY:

This rule is amended to adopt the 2007 State Requirements for Educational Facilities.
