Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 26, 2007, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Room 611, Bob Martinez Center, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To receive testimony and public comment and to take final action on proposed modification of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) priority list. The Department may adopt, modify, or deny the proposed actions at the hearing. Prior to Department action at the hearing, all interested persons will have the opportunity to testify regarding any proposed actions. After the hearing, the Department will file the Notice of Final Agency Action. A copy of the Notice of Final Agency Action will be sent to local governments sponsoring the projects at issue and to any person submitting a timely written request. Such written requests must be submitted at the hearing or filed with the Department’s Bureau of Water Facilities Funding, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Mail Station #3505, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day after the public hearing.
