Overview



	The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, March 20, 2007; Wednesday, March 21, 2007, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Division of Real Estate, Conference Room N901, North Tower, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Subject:	Official business of Commission – among topics included, but not limited to, are proposed legislation affecting Chapter 475, Part I, F.S., rule development workshops, Florida Administrative Code 61J2 rule amendments, budget discussions, escrow disbursement requests, recovery fund claims, education issues, petitions for declaratory statement, petitions for rule variance/waiver, and disciplinary actions. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Commission members or its counsel.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Deputy Clerk, Florida Real Estate Commission, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite N801, Orlando, Florida 32801-1772. If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Commission, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, a record of the proceedings for such purpose, upon which the appeal is based, may be required.
