Overview



	The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 12, 2007, 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Department of Environmental Protection, Carr Building RM 170M, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2100

Subject:	To discuss the activities and goals of the Local Emergency Planning Committees in implementing the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.
