RULE:

61G15-22.005	Non-Qualifying Activities
61G15-22.011	Board Approval of Continuing Education Providers

PURPOSE:

For Rule 61G15-22.005, F.A.C., it is to add an additional category of activities that do not qualify as Professional Development Hours. For Rule 61G15-22.011, F.A.C., it is to eliminate the requirement of no financial or commercial interest for continuing education providers in technology which is the subject of instruction.

SUMMARY:

In Rule 61G15-22.005, F.A.C., an additional category of activities that do not qualify as Professional Development Hours is added. In Rule 61G15-22.011, F.A.C., the requirement of no financial or commercial interest for continuing education providers in technology which is the subject of instruction is eliminated.
