Disciplinary Guidelines for Unlicensed Activity

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to set disciplinary guidelines for violations of the unlicensed activity statutes articulated by Chapters 455 the professional practice acts administered by DBPR.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed in this rule is the standards for imposing discipline for violations of the unlicensed activity statutes articulated by Chapters 455, F.S., and the professional practice acts administered by DBPR.
