RULE:

64B4-21.007

Definition of "a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with at Least Five Years Experience or the Equivalent, Who Is a Qualified Supervisor."

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete the provision of the rule that a licensee disciplined within the last 10 years is not eligible to serve as a qualified supervisor because of the conflict with Rule 64B4-5.009, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will delete the provision of the rule that a licensee disciplined within the last 10 years is not eligible to serve as a qualified supervisor because of the conflict with Rule 64B4-5.009, F.A.C.
