Overview



	The Lakewood Ranch Community Development, District 4 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, May 10, 2007, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Bradenton, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of and effect of the proposed Rule would establish fees for usage of the Paw Park, charging $50 per annum for residents, defined as those residents residing in Lakewood Ranch Districts 1 through 6, and $100 per annum for non-residents. Specific legal authority for the Rule includes Section 190.035(1), 120.54, 190.011, Florida Statutes.
