Quarterly General Session. Welcome Remarks. New Member and Sponsor Acknowledgements. Recognition of 10th Anniversary and Founding Members. Invited Speakers: TBA, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority; Tim Lomax, Texas Transportation Institute; Bob Romig, Florida Department of Transportation. 2007 Chairman’s Award Finalist Presentations and Award Announcement.
