PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is: 1) to update rules referencing the “Basis of Review for Environmental Resource Permit Applications within the South Florida Water Management District” to incorporate the current version as incorporated in Rule 40E-4.091, F.A.C.; 2) to correct clerical errors to Section 4.2.8 and Appendix 2 of the Basis of Review; and 3) to update Figure 4.4-1 of the Basis of Review to accurately reflect basin boundaries that were incorrectly transcribed from an outdated software package.
