Overview



	The State of Florida, Department of Education, Education Practices Commission, announces a Teacher Hearing Panel to which all persons are invited. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 21, 2006, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore, 555 North Westshore Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609, (813)875-1555

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made. The record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
