PURPOSE:

The purpose is to amend existing Form OIR-B1-1655, Notice of Premium Discounts for Hurricane Loss Mitigation, to incorporate changes required by Chapter 2007-1, Laws of Florida, and to adopt a Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form for use by insurers.

SUMMARY:

Adopts revisions to Form OIR-B1-1655 and adopts new form OIR-B1-XXXX, “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form”, required by Chapter 2007-1, Laws of Florida.
