Overview



	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a 2-day facilitated stakeholder meeting to discuss and examine manatee issues. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 19, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; June 20, 2006, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Crowne Plaza Hotel-Orlando Airport, 5555 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of the meeting is fact finding, to solicit input from stakeholders to the agency and its federal partners in evaluating current issues concerning the manatee. The public can attend the meeting; however, space is limited. This meeting will be structured and facilitated. No public comments will be taken. Questions about the meeting should be directed to: Ms. Carol Knox, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Imperiled Species Management Section, 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, (850)922-4330.
