RULE:

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of rules to address appropriate disclosure of licensure status to patients.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments and proposed new rule set forth the criteria for appropriate disclosure of a physician assistant’s licensure status to patients.
