Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address the disciplinary guidelines with regard to those physicians who are terminated from or fail to comply with a treatment program.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments set forth penalties for those physicians who are terminated from or fail to comply with a treatment program.
