69O-167.015

Home Structure Rating System Adopted (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To establish a uniform home grading scale to measure the ability of a home to withstand the wind load from a sustained severe tropical storm or hurricane.

SUMMARY:

The rule adopts a study which developed a uniform home grading scale by Ch 2007-1, Laws of Florida, Section 40.
