RULE:

1A-33.005

Uses Permitted and Procedures for the Use of the Old Capitol (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This is a Repeal of Rule 1A-33.005, F.A.C. This Rule is now obsolete because Section 272.135(3), F.S. which gave the Department of State specific authority to promulgate rules for the Old Capitol was repealed. Therefore it is necessary to repeal all of Rule 1A-33.005, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This is a Repeal of Rule 1A-33.005, F.A.C. This Rule is now obsolete because Section 272.135(3), F.S. which gave the Department of State specific authority to promulgate rules for the Old Capitol was repealed. Therefore it is necessary to repeal all of Rule 1A-33.005, F.A.C.
