	The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of Rule Chapter 42DDD-1 establishing the Twin Creeks Community Development District. Proposed Rule Chapter 42DDD-1, which addresses the establishment, boundaries, and board of supervisors of the Twin Creeks Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on April 20, 2007 (Volume 33, Number 16).
