PURPOSE:

The Department has developed amendments to clarify and update grant rules for financially disadvantaged small communities.

SUMMARY:

The Small Community Wastewater Facilities Grants Program provides financial assistance in the form of grants to municipalities for planning, design, construction, and technical services associated with construction of point source water pollution control projects. Rule development will address minor changes to priority scoring, grant percentage determination and rule clarifications.
