Overview



	The State of Florida, Department of Education, Education Practices Commission, announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Administrator Hearing Panel, May 31, 2007, 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard; Teacher Hearing Panel immediately following

PLACE:	Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore, 555 North Westshore Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609, (813)875-1555

Subject:	The Hearing Panels of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at the hearings, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made. The record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Additional information may be obtained by writing to: Education Practices Commission, 325 W. Gaines Street, 224 Turlington Building, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0400. SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION: Any person requiring a special impairment accommodation should contact Kathleen M.
