Disclosure of Licensure Status

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule to address appropriate disclosure of licensure status to patients.

SUMMARY:

The proposed new rule sets forth the criteria for appropriate disclosure of an anesthesia assistant’s licensure status to patients.
