Overview



	The Department of Transportation District 4 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, June 28, 2007, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	St. Lucie Board of County Commissioner’s Chamber, 3rd Floor of the Administration, Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida 34982

Subject:	This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and natural and human environmental effects on Financial Project ID No. 413063-1-22-01, otherwise known as the SR 9/I-95 Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study. The limits of the project are from South of SR 70 to South of Indrio Road in St. Lucie County, Florida. Public participation at this hearing will be conducted in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968.
