Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

AND SUMMARY:  The Florida Building Commission’s Advisory Committee has identified the referenced topics as in need of updating or correction. This rule amendment will address those limited issues and update the form adopted for submission of a waiver request, address accessible parking within the Accessibility Code for Building Construction, and make a correction pertaining to ramp width within the Code.
