Certificate of Need Application Procedures

PURPOSE:

The agency is proposing to update the rule that outlines application procedures used to update the batching cycle calendar for applications subject to comparative review.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule removes batching cycle calendar dates that are expired and provides future dates.
