PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the standards and procedures for the provision of day treatment, facility-based and community supervision services to youths on probation, conditional release or who are committed to a minimum-risk nonresidential program.

SUMMARY:

The rule describes facility-based and community supervision models, along with their common elements. Admission, supervision and release procedures are described.
