40B-1.703

Procedures for Consideration of Permit Applications

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to codify delegated authority to the Executive Director to issue individual environmental resource permits. The effect of the rule will be to provide more efficient permit processing for individual environmental resource permit applications.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will provide more efficient permit processing and issuance for individual environmental resource permits, in accordance with Chapter 373, F.S.
