Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, July 2, 2007, 8:30 a.m., or the soonest thereafter. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public.

PLACE:	Zora Neale Hurston Building, North Tower, Suite 901N, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases for which a determination of probable cause is to be made and to conduct a public meeting to review cases on which probable cause has been made. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Board members or its Counsel. Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Division of Real Estate, (407)245-0800 (between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.
