Subject:	Consideration of Foundation including but not limited to: Approval of minutes from April 20, 2007 meeting; committee reports; executive director’s report; Commissioner’s report; program updates; Math & Science Partnership for Excellence; financial report; revision/update of Foundation policies and procedures; and general discussion of Foundation.
