PURPOSE:

To establish minimum requirements and procedures for evaluating the performance of Career Service, Selected Exempt Service and Senior Management Service employees pursuant to Sections 110.224, 110.403 and 110.603, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The rules outline the policies and procedures for employing agencies to use when assessing the performance of employees in the Career Service, Selected Exempt Service and Senior Management Service.
