Inmate Telephone Use

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to incorporate revisions to Form DC6-223, Inmate Telephone Agreement and Number List. The form is amended to require only the last four digits of the social security number and to specify that Pin number refers to Telephone Pin number.

SUMMARY:

Form DC6-223, Inmate Telephone Agreement and Number List, is amended to require only the last four digits of the social security number and to specify that Pin number refers to Telephone Pin number.
