	The Financial Services Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 23, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The Capitol, Senate Office Building, Room 301, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399

Subject:	The purpose of the hearing is to consider the actions needed to do the following: improve the oversight of the title industry and consumers ability to shop for title insurance; strengthen the regulation of affiliated business arrangements; and better protect Florida consumers by the publication of complete title insurance cost information, discounts, and retention data.
