68A-16.001

Migratory Birds; Adoption of Federal Statutes and Regulations

PURPOSE:

: The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to create new Chapter 68A-16, F.A.C., entitled “Rules Relating to Birds” and to move existing Rule 68A-13.002 to new Rule 68A-16.001, F.A.C.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rule include rules related to birds.
