Penalty Calculation Worksheet

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise the penalty language and penalty calculation process used in Form DFS-F4-1595, Penalty Calculation Worksheet. The effect of the proposed amendment is to harmonize the penalty language to conform to language used in related forms and provide a more equitable means of calculating penalties relating to under reporting violations.

SUMMARY:
