PURPOSE:

To update or correct referenced topics identified by the Florida Building Commission’s Advisory Committee.

SUMMARY:

A Notice of Proposed Rule Development for Rules 9B-7.003 and 9B-7.0042, F.A.C., appeared in the March 9, 2007, edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The purpose of this rule amendment is to update the form adopted for submission of a waiver request, address accessible parking within the Accessibility Code for Building Construction, and make a correction pertaining to ramp width within the Code.
