59G-13.080

Home and Community-Based Services Waivers

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment to Rule 59G-13.080, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference Update June 2007 to the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook. The handbook was updated to remove the crisis enrollment policies from Appendix F, Recipient Wait List. The crisis enrollment policies are being promulgated in new Rules 65G-1.010, 65G-1.046, and 65G-1.047, F.A.C., by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities as mandated by Section 393.065, F.S.
In the Notice of Rule Development that was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 32, No. 39, September 29, 2006, the update was dated September 2006. We changed the date to June 2007.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of the rule amendment to Rule 59G-13.080, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference Update June 2007 to the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook. The effect will be to incorporate by reference in the rule Update June 2007 to the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook.
