Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, January 1, 2007. The effect will be to incorporate the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, January 1, 2007, into rule. The proposed rate table is available from Pam Kyllonen at kyllonep@ahca.myflorida.com.

SUMMARY:
