Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, August 13, 2007, 2:00 p.m. or the soonest thereafter. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public.

PLACE:	Zora Neale Hurston Building, North Tower, Suite 901N, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Commission members or its counsel. Any person who desires a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Division of Real Estate at (407)245-0800 (between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
