Overview



	The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	A Teacher Hearing Panel will begin at 8:30 AM or as soon thereafter as can be heard on August 31, 2007.

PLACE:	Hampton Inn & Suites 3388 Lonnbladh Road Tallahassee, Florida 32308 (850) 574-4900

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made. The record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Additional information may be obtained by writing to the Education Practices Commission, 325 W.
