Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to identify the range of penalties for licensees who fail to provide their last known address or fail to notify the Board of changes in their supervisor.

A penalty range is identified for licensees who fail to provide their last known address or who fail to notify the Board of changes in their supervisor.
